Updates to Our Service Charges

Hotel Granvia Kyoto would like to thank you for your continued support.
In order to maintain and improve our hotel and its services, we have decided to revise our service charges as below, effective October 1, 2024.

Effective date:
October 1, 2024
Note: Applies for bookings made on and after September 1, 2024.

Changes:
15% of the basic price will be added as a service charge.
Note: For existing bookings, the service charge from the time of booking will apply even if the dates booked are on or after October 1, 2024.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and ask for your understanding.
