The 14th and 15th floors are known as the Granvia Floors. The 15th floor houses the Granvia Lounge, a private lounge for the exclusive use of Granvia Floor guests.

These luxurious rooms can accommodate a maximum of 5 people, making them perfect for visits with the family. The spacious 62 square meter room includes 4 beds and 1 convertible bed, as well as a stunning view of the Higashiyama Mountains.

There is a separate bath, toilet, and dressing area. The bathroom comfortably accommodates up to 4 people and features a vanity top with dual sinks.

Note: The maximum occupancy for this room is 5 people.

Our highly valued guests will enjoy a restful sleep like never before, thanks to our amazingly comfortable mattresses, bedding, and linens, which are not only luxurious but also exquisitely beautiful. We refer to them as "Relaxy Angel Beds" because they are truly heavenly!

The bathroom is exquisitely designed in the traditional Japanese style, with a bath and shower area separate from the lavatory. A relaxing bath time leads the mind and body toward a more comfortable sleep.

Our well-appointed bathrooms boast a state-of-the-art multi-function shower, whose overhead, body, and handheld shower head provides a truly indulgent and invigorating bathing experience. With its relaxing massage feature, our guests can start the day feeling fully rejuvenated. The full volume hot water spray envelops the entire body, leaving you feeling refreshed even with a quick shower, comparable to the benefits of a long bath.

Dual Sinks

In order to allow more than one person to use the bathroom at the same time, the bathrooms in our family rooms are equipped with dual sinks with easy-to-use single lever faucets.

High-Quality Amenities Designed with Care

We provide a range of amenities, including shampoo, hair treatment, body soap, cleansing cream, and facial wash, all of which have been meticulously designed to provide a high-quality experience. Our amenities have been developed in partnership with Hahonico®, a renowned name in the beauty industry, and are proprietary products created with careful consideration for every aspect, from hair-repairing ingredients to the refreshing green-tea fragrance.

Air Purifier

An air purifier with a built-in humidifier has been provided for your comfort.

Pool and Fitness

We are pleased to offer guests over the age of 18 a range of wellness facilities on the 3rd floor, including an indoor pool, far infrared sauna, Jacuzzi, lessons, and a fitness gym. These facilities are designed to help you relax and maintain a healthy lifestyle during your stay.

Please note that complimentary use of these facilities is exclusively for guests staying on the Granvia Floors and in our Suite Rooms.

Espresso Machine

All of our Deluxe Rooms and Suite Rooms are equipped with a Nespresso® espresso machine. Enjoy coffee with our complimentary Volluto and Decaffeinato espresso capsules.
