Accommodations

Hotel Granvia Kyoto boasts 541 elegant rooms, including suites and two exclusive Granvia Floors.

Guest rooms are situated on the 7th to 15th floors. The top two floors (14th and 15th) are our exclusive Granvia Floors, whose guests may access the Granvia Lounge (15th floor).

Non-smoking floors and rooms designed for guests with disabilities are also available upon request. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided in all guest rooms.

Green Initiatives

Hotel Granvia Kyoto aims to become an environmentally conscious hotel. Until the present, we have endeavored to reduce our consumption of detergent, water, and energy. However, we are now adding to these efforts with a bold new initiative. Going forward, we will assume that guests staying more than one night do not require daily linen changes (including bed sheets, towels, and pajamas). However, we are happy to provide this service on request. We thank you for your support.

To request a linen change, please follow these steps:
(1) Place the ECO card on the bed to indicate that you would like your sheets to be changed.
(2) Place any towels or pajamas that you would like changed in the bathtub.
