- Click on "Travel Agent Reservations" situate below Arrive/Depart "Select Dates"
- Enter your IATA number in the "IATA box and your Promotional Code or "granvia" in lower case letters if you do not have it, in "Promotional Code" box; click "Save". The window will close.
- Next, choose the arrival day either with the "Hotel Availability Calendar" or "Select Dates", and click "Show Availability"
