We accept reservations until the end of this year at this moment. If you wish to make a reservation for next year, please contact us by phone or by e-mail.

We assume a PC problem or an incorrect e-mail address. If you have not received a confirmation within 2 days of making the reservation, please do not hesitate to contact us as soon as possible.
The hotel sets the preferential term for people who book with the hotel's web site, which is no cancellation charge if the hotel is notified of the cancellation by 16:00 (Japan local time) one day prior to the expected arrival, or one full day charge of the published rate will be charged to your credit card. (The general term is a two-day notice for no cancellation charge.)
If a child age 6 and under sleeps in the same bed with the parent or uses a crib, the child stays free. Cribs are available free of charge and must be requested in advance. In addition, we will provide diaper disposal units in each room. However, if a child requires a bed, they will be charged as an adult.
Certainly. We make every effort to meet all requests but cannot guarantee all requests can be met. If you want us to confirm your request/s in advance, please contact Reservations.
Unfortunately no inter-connected room is available. We assign adjoining rooms subject to availability, or rooms close to each other.
Yes. You can access 100Mbps high-speed internet in every room. Each room has a LAN connection for your personal laptops. We do not have laptops or desktops for guest use.
We provide a toothbrush, hairbrush, razor, comb, cotton swabs, hairband, shower cap, cotton balls, shampoo, conditioner, soap, body shampoo, slippers, yukata, bodywash towel, towels and hairdryer. For more details, please read Service & Amenity on Rooms page.
Guests can use the facilities one time for JPY1000 (excluding taxes).

We do not have our own parking lot. Please use the Kyoto Station Parking Lot. The charge is JPY1,000 per night. Please take the parking ticket to the Front Desk to register the vehicle. We are sorry that you cannot reserve a parking space. For details, please see the parking lot map.
