We aim to provide the best hospitality to customers who stay in Kyoto and establish the Granvia brand as one of the highest global standards.We are recruting colleagues to work together in Rooms Department .
A Receptionist welcomes Guests, assists with arrival and departure procedures, offers current information to Guests as requested, and manages incoming requests from the hotel communications systems (telephone, email, etc).
A Bell Attendant is responsible for transferring and storing guest's luggage and responding to guest requests.
A Room Reservations Staff will serve as the main contact for room reservations at the hotel; and therefore, must offer an excellent service and influence the guest decision to stay at the property.
・House Keeping Group
A House Keeping Staff will deliver amenities requested by guests, and will manage and replenish equipment such as drinks and amenities in the guest rooms. (Not room cleaning / bed-making work)
