Cancellation
There is no cancellation charge if the hotel is notified up to and not later than 48 hours prior to your expected arrival; otherwise a charge of 20% of the published rate the day before the arrival, 80% on the same day, and 100% if you fail to notify us, will be charged to your credit card.
Booking through the hotel's web site
The hotel sets a preferential term for people who book through the hotel’s web site, which offers a no cancellation charge if the hotel is notified of the cancellation by 16:00 (Japan local time) one day prior to the expected arrival, otherwise a one full day charge of the published rate will be charged to your credit card.
