【Important Notice】Beware of Suspicious WhatsApp Messages and Emails Impersonating Booking.com

We have confirmed multiple cases in Japan involving suspicious messages sent to guests who made reservations through Booking.com. In addition, certain guests at some of our group hotels have received suspicious messages via WhatsApp and email. These messages may appear to be reservation confirmations and may include requests for credit card information or URL links leading to phishing websites

If you receive such a message or any suspicious communication, please do not access any links included in the message.

Please note that our hotels will never contact guests via WhatsApp, messaging apps, or social media regarding reservation or payment information.

We are currently working with Booking.com to investigate this matter further.
In addition, as part of our security measures, we have already taken the necessary actions, including changing the passwords for our Booking.com management system.

We sincerely apologize for any concern this situation may have caused our valued guests.
We kindly ask that you remain cautious regarding this matter.

If you have any questions or concerns regarding this matter, please contact us:
