The Perfect Tour of Kyoto: By Bike or On Foot!

See the city from a whole new perspective!

Tatsumibashi.jpg

This new, guided tour of Kyoto is ideal for visitors who want to see the real Kyoto from the ground up! Now being offered by the Hotel Granvia Kyoto, and starting right at our doorstep, there is no better way to see the real Kyoto. For first time visitors or even old hands, this is a wonderful way to learn about our ancient city.
Kyoto people will tell you that there is no better way to enjoy the best of Kyoto than by walking or biking. Kyoto is an ancient city filled with narrow lanes and charming back streets that ooze history. Where buses or even cars cannot go, you can go with our walking/biking tours.

To make sure you don't miss anything, a professional English-speaking guide who will be a fascinating source of information from an informed personal perspective, will accompany you. You can simply leave your guidebooks and maps in your suitcase. With this tour you won't need them!! While your tour is designed to take you to some of the city’s most cherished and revered sites, the real beauty is that you will have a guide who will add the kind of dimension and perspective you could never hope to get were you to do a walking or biking tour on your own.
We are pleased to offer these tours (as follows) as a part of a special program our hotel is offering our guests. Since the tour has to be confirmed by the hotel, reservations are on an inquiry basis.
